Maison Bourelly does not adapt existing models, nor does it offer made-to-measure. Every garment is born from an original paper pattern, drafted for a single client and kept at the Maison for every future commission.

From the first meeting to the final stitch
01The meeting
A private conversation, at the Maison or at your residence, to understand needs, occasions, way of life and personality.

The cloth
Selecting the fabric from the collections of the great mills: weight, hand, weave and colour in dialogue with the person.
03The pattern
Measurements become an original drawing. The paper pattern is unique and is kept by the Maison.
04The construction
The garment takes shape through an entirely artisanal process. Every insellatura is sewn by hand.

The fittings
Usually three fittings, to refine balance, fit and movement. A bridal gown may require more.
06The delivery
The garment is complete and belongs to one person alone. Its pattern remains at the Maison, a memory for future creations.

The first gesture of a garment is the choice of cloth

Nora Bourelly
Founder of Maison Bourelly and creator of Mindset Couture®
Trained at Istituto Marangoni, with studies in sociology and psychology and experience gained within the world of Armani. In 2025 Nora Bourelly founded Maison Bourelly in Milan, to unite the Italian tailoring tradition and haute couture with a deeper understanding of personal image.

A private meeting, by appointment
The atelier on Piazza Camillo de Meis receives each client in complete privacy. On request, the Maison travels to clients at their residence, in Italy and abroad.
